Ammonites, trilobites and other fossils as well as dinosaurs have all been transformed into high quality chocolate by the Buckingham-based company Time Bites. Using Belgian chocolate and other special ingredients, Jez and Jayne Gibson-Harris have created a range of handmade chocolates that are replicas of some of the most familiar fossils.

“We always wanted to produce something special in chocolate,” explains Jez Gibson-Harris, “and using fossils and dinosaurs as our inspiration has given us a distinctive and memorable product. Our packaging has to support our marketing and we needed labels that could be produced in sensible, and not, what would be for us, enormous quantities. Axicon Labels have been great in working with us, and we have packaging we are really pleased with.”
